Terms of use

Draft document. Before public launch and submission for Meta review, the service operator's legal name and address must be supplied. The contact address is already active.

1. Service

Retalk helps plan content and communicate with customers. Operator: Retalk project owner — legal details are awaiting completion. Contact: din.tezekbayev@gmail.com. The current version is the Threads MVP; WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, CRM and video generation are on the roadmap and are not available features until launched separately.

2. Connection and access

You confirm your right to manage the connected account and uploaded materials. Meta is connected through OAuth. Features depend on granted permissions, App Review, account status and provider restrictions. Retalk does not guarantee Meta approval timelines, continuous API access or marketing results.

3. Content and user actions

You are responsible for published content, rights to images and text, the lawfulness of your knowledge base and the accuracy of information. Review AI replies, prices, promises and personal data before publishing. Do not use the service for spam, deception, circumventing platform restrictions, unlawful data collection or messages without necessary consent.

4. AI and automation

AI can make mistakes. Drafts are created by default; automatic replies are enabled separately by the user. The workspace owner controls prompts, schedules and channel connections. Users must account for the public nature of Threads replies and avoid disclosing confidential data in them.

5. External platforms

Using Threads and future integrations is subject to Meta's and the respective platforms' terms. Retalk is an independent service and does not claim partnership or Meta approval before it is actually obtained. Some features may become temporarily unavailable if the API or account is restricted.

6. Payment and ending use

Payment, pricing, AI costs and cancellation terms will be presented before a paid subscription is agreed to. This document does not automatically create a paid subscription. You may disconnect a channel, stop using the service and request data deletion. This document does not limit mandatory user rights under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and liability

Users retain rights to their materials and grant the service access only as needed for requested features. The service is provided within its described capabilities; liability, applicable law and dispute terms will be clarified after the operator's legal details are supplied. The final version must be agreed upon before launch.

8. Inquiries and changes

Questions about the service and documents: din.tezekbayev@gmail.com. Material changes will be published with a new version date. If a change requires user consent, it will be requested separately.
