Disconnect Threads

1. Open Retalk → Channels → Threads → “Disconnect account”.
2. Retalk deletes the saved token and cancels pending publishing and search jobs for the disconnected channel.
3. If necessary, also revoke Retalk's access in the Threads website permissions settings.

Disconnecting a channel does not delete posts already published on Threads or automatically erase saved drafts or the knowledge base.

Request full deletion of Retalk data

1. Write to din.tezekbayev@gmail.com with the subject “Retalk — data deletion”.
2. Specify the connected Threads account name and the workspace whose data you want deleted.
3. We will verify account ownership and confirm the scope of deletion. Do not send passwords, API secrets or access tokens.
4. The planned response and completion time after verification is up to 30 days, unless applicable law requires another deadline.

What the request covers

Profile and channel links, tokens, drafts and schedules, saved comments and discovered posts, knowledge base, AI settings and associated data in AI Core. If certain records must be retained by law, we will explain the basis and period. Data in Meta and other external services is deleted using those platforms' own tools.

Advertising campaign data

After WhatsApp and CRM launch, these instructions will be expanded to cover consent, contacts, templates and conversion events. These integrations are currently on the roadmap.
